FISH STEMMING WITH PEPPER, GINGER AND GARLIC

TOMATOES AND ONIONS WITH THYME AND BLACK PEPPER

ADD THE CRAB TO THE FISH YUMMY

COMBINE THE FISH AND THE TOMATOES AND LET COOK TOGETHER

ADD SPINACH

THE FINISH PRODUCT. CAN BE SERVED WITH RICE, YAM, SWEET POTATOES, BEANS AND RIPE PLANTAIN

for real. you are missing. you can make it with chicken and smoked turkey but i prefer the fish one cos is faster and taste better to me.
