Lets not forget the Month of Rajab

The Beautiful Month of Rajab is upon us, I just wanted to share some of the benefits of this month and some extra things to do within this month due to its importance. Please see the link below.

It is also the month of the Mi`raj of the Prophet SAW. Although people dispute whether it was a physical ascension or not, it is still very important to note and reflect on what was seen at the time during the mi`raj, about the people who sin and the dwellers of heaven, and about the meaninglessness of this world.

Muslims should also remember the important events that took place in the history of Islam during this month, such as:

* the Night Journey and Ascension,

* the Battle of Tabuk,

* and the liberation of Masjid Al-Aqsa from the crusaders at the hands of Salah Ud-Din Al-Ayubi (AH 538). (it happened on the exact same day, Subhanallah!)

Muslims should derive lessons from this glorious history, so that they may reunite and seek to liberate Masjid Al-Aqsa anew from its recent brutal occupiers.
