Abeg i need recommendation for books wey go teach me how to create my own unique innovative recipe. e.g, i need to know which spice/herb goes with what type of meat/fish or which kind of fruits goes with meat or anytype of food. infact, i just need book wey go teach me what goes with what.

I dont want to look at other people's recipe to get an ideal.

i like to create my own recipe and then try it on my guinea pigs

I have been doing just that but i thought that reading a book will help more.

google for recipes n styles...I personally don't do books...I do me and when i need help I ask friends: italian friends for their cusines and akatas for their soul food.

Like last night, i make fish/cocoonut milk/pineapple chunks with some herbs and veggies in it. kind of like thai food but with my own different concoction.

That is why i need books. Oh well, i guess i go just keep on practicing.
