Getting Hair Done in D.C Metro Area

Ladies,
I just moved out here and I need to get my hair done. I need a place that does natural hair and weaves. Please help! Any place that is within an 40 mins of Arlington, VA will be great, be it Maryland or further south in Virginia. Thanks.

I guessed it was u! What are you doing on here? Didn't know your membership was this serious! For real, I need to get my hair did cuz I used synthetic hair and its matting! Can you believe this? After spending $150 and it's been only 2 weeks! I have suffered oh!

I know the hair is still cute, but I need a back-up plan for emergency hair doing just in case it becomes really bad soon! I've asked several people, and they all got theirs done in Maryland, but i'm yet to find someone who knows someone that fixes good weave-ons! I'm thinking of carrying my natural hair, or getting it done myself, I'll probably end up doing that cuz u know my hair has to look right at all times! lol...but I packed all my hair, hair products and hair tools and they are still in transit! arrrggghhh!

Okay, please text me, cuz I thot i knew who you are, but i'm officially confused! But to answer ur question, MD is about 30mins - 1hr from me, depending on how far in i'm going.

I don't have natural hair, but I go to Salon Plaza in District Heights MD (PG county). Its basically one huge building with several suites/stylists with their individual salon, so I'm sure if walk/ask around you'll find a natural stylist.

hey, thanks for the response. I actually have relaxed hair. I'm looking for first hand info on great stylists that are reasonably priced. I usually get weaves, but I would like info on someone who does braids preferably in the DC Metro area.
