Random mouse movements

I dunno wut's bugging this pc. Not the first time seeing it in my life but never bothered to fix it till now.

What causes it? I have scanned my PC thoroughly for spyware/viruses...results came out clean...now I'm wondering what's causing this random mouse movements?

i used to have this happen long long ago on my microsoft windows box ... cant remember exactly how to fix it ... here's a couple things you can start with ...

1. if its a mechanical mouse ... you know the type with the ball in it, remove the ball and free the track wheels of any dirt that might have accumulated ...

2. Swap out with another mouse and see if it works.

3. Boot to safe mode and see if it works.

At least one of these should help you out ...
