about to perm

this summer heat is killing me. my hair is in weave, but the edges keep napping up. should i:

A. perm the edges that are out for weave- but i dont know how my hair will look when it's not in weave, cuz the rest will not be permed. lol thinking about it makes me laugh
B. Perm the whole hair- but cant do my cute afro or press anymore
C. Leave it and just press it and try to stay cool

I use gel to keep my sides in check, but I would also suggest braiding for teh summer time. That's what I'll be doing...

ummm... my hair is natural. gel has water in it. if you look at ingredients, you see aqua or h2o or water in it. so that's not an option for me. and BRAIDS i definately cant do. they are hard to put in, hard to take out, and a little bit out of place for me and my environment. and they break my edges.

please out of my options given, what can i do?

oh i forgot to say that EACH scenario, i will have weave, whether i perm, perm edges, or leave it. i will do weave.

ladies, i really need to make a decision quick. my boyfriend says dont perm b.c he loves the fro, but he never gets to see it b/c it's in weave all the time. i'm scared that my hair wont grow as well permed. but this heat is really killing the edges i leave out for perm. either i press it often. then it just goes back at night b/c i sweat. gosh!

It depends on you. Do you really want to perm it? Or do you like the fro as well? Will you be able to maintain a perm??(cuz personally I cant) I turn and toss when I sleep and I usually wake up with my hair standing on my head as if I put my hand in an electric socket. Do you loff ya boo enough to carry the fro?? or are you dead set on having a perm?? Just weigh your options and choose the best one that suits you.

LEAVE YA HAIR NATURAL...u kno u might wanna leave it out one of these days and it will look wierd with some permed and some nappy...continue pressin ..U KNO BEAUTY IS PAIN..or is it pain is beauty...whatever u kno wharramean
