I cant say I know all bout the grades cos I usually choose sight and touch, but the one I usually plump for is Cahmere wool... and the look is very sleek and nice. If in doubt start with that one
alternatively go to the tailors and touch and feel all the diff materials they should also be able to assist you by telling you which would drape / cut better for the style you have in mind
