The Biblical circumcision debacle!

There was a very serious circumcision problem after Christ. Clearly Christ till death didnt ever declare His teaching for non-jews=gentiles/the un-circumcised.

It's clear when reading the Bible, that it was only years AD that disciple killer paul introduced a new message to the circumcised, and this was so hard for the disciples who knew what Christ had categorically told them, to swallow that untill paul claimed he actually saw late Christ in a vision, direct him to preach to the uncircumcised, did some disciples agree with him.

It is also known that Christs main disciples, Barnabas and Mathew actually quareled gravely with same paul and parted ways with him forever..for some reason.

Point is, from reading through do u think Christ really wasnt sent to, as moslems say, the whole world, but only to the circumcised..and or the Jews, as He repeatedly said?

For those who dont know about the circumcision debate, please don't come to this thread to spew ignorance, but kindly type- 'circumcision', and/or 'circumcised', in Bible search engines like this one-Search Gods Word.Com and study the issue thoroughly then please come contribute ur much appreciated contributions. Somebody loves Paul up in here. Na wa oh at "killer paul". I don't believe Paul's motives were intentionally bad. But that's a different discussion for another day.

Instead of arguing about the ideas of disciples and self appointed disciples of Christ, lets go and see what he said regarding circumcision:

Gospel of Thomas, Saying 53:
His disciples said to him, "Is circumcision useful or not?"

He said to them, "If it were useful, their father would produce children already circumcised from their mother. Rather, the true circumcision in spirit has become profitable in every respect."

What conclusions can we draw from his statement regarding physical circumcision? And who said that Jews were the only people to get circumcised?

circumcision may have health benefits but it does not make you more or less of a righteous person. That was a maj. prob Jesus had with the pharisees and saducees of his day. They felt that strict adherence to the law would automatically lead you to heaven. In other words, they depended solely on something outside of emselves for spiritual security. That's why Jesus said the kingdom of God is within you. Adherance to the law is necessary as a stepping stone to lead you to the God within...but if adhering to the law does not lead you to the God/kingdom within you, then you r missing the mark. If after following the 10 commandments and having been circumsized numerous times and you still do not posess that inner joy, peace, righteousness...then what is the point of all those things?

I think that his point was that Christ was only sent to witness to the Jews, and that Paul disobeyed that purpose by spreading the Gospels to the Gentiles.
