Sometimes I Wonder Do I Exist to Her Or Am I just a Pleasing Tool Compromised to Pleasure Her My Tenderness-Compliments of Adorned kisses don’t Woo her anymore It hurts to see she doesn’t treat me like she used to before Could it be Another Individual…? I don’t Know Are we Falling out of Love…? I don’t Know All I know is I’ve tried Patience, I’ve tried to be Attentive But It seems every word uttered places her on the Defensive Demanding Complaining Blaming Me for things I’ll never Do to Her Asking Scheming Questions to prove I might have been Untrue to Her Should I cut of all Ties Say our Goodbyes Or Listen to What everyone else says "MayBe Just MayBe Give it another Try." Counselor says "Its all about give N take." Family says "Together, you both are destined to be Great." Sometimes I Wonder How the public eye fails to see thru our Private Heartaches Day to Day finding myself Weathering Doubts of MayBe Just MayBe I might have made a Mistake Whatever happened to that woman of so Long Ago With a Smile so bright it Captivated my Soul Skin Untarnished like the Land where Milk and Honey Flows Whatever happened to that woman with a Heart of Priceless Gold The Truth of the matter is I don’t Know |
