Poem for u Emerald.

THE WHISPERING...

When the wind holds still
momentarily,
my ears find song
engaging the air
of serenity…

And I breathe

When the softest breeze
whispers secrets through the trees,
my eyes find grace
and a ballet of thought
dances gently…
a pirouette of peace
surrounds my heart…

And I breathe

When the winds of gusto
break against the drum of my soul
with an unsteady beat
and the rains pour passion
across my path,
I feel the familiar sideways slant
of that missing piece…

And I listen

When the orange hue of sunrise
decorates the sky
with a painting of the artist's dream,
I feel Her delicacy…

And I know

I want to go home.
And that home is you Emerald.
I confess ma lurv to u rite here
and i wnt the whole wide world to kno how i feel bout' you.
