I wrote this a while back, in the spirit of welcome to jamrock and lighters up. A little bit of fun, but also telling you a little bit about my town.

Welcome to PH!
People from every village
dey pack my town like geisha.
For every area,
if road dey go-slow dey dia.
Everyone dey pray sey make dia

Welcome to the Land of Oil.

or even a daughter.
Wetin we dey drink?
Pure Water.
Chop garri-pulo, bread no butter.
Catch oyibo for D-line.
Kidnapping no be crime.
Mbire I dey try feed mine
but e no easy.
Junior broda dey F.G.C.
Im dey try maintain effizy.
Na only me dey train am.
If man tiff, who fit blame am?
Who neva tiff, bros, you fit name am?
Na condition!
Oga dem don dey shun.
No wahala I got my gun.
