Can anyone please tell us why there is so much empahsis on money in the church these days. i.e pastors trying their utmost best to convince people to part with cash.

Maybe because they are false prophets that are in it just for the profits?

Well if you must know, Christinaity in the form it was been for the last 1700 years has been designed to only empower a relative few (pastors, deacons, bishops, popes) while exploiting the masses
