Tips needed for Looking more Grown up / Sophisticated

Ok I already have one trick ...which is to pull all my hair back into a bun ...this adds like 5 years or so..... But today I wore it down ...and someone said I looked like I was the work experience person

Im tired of not being taken seriously ...or being referred to as 'girl'

Pls share tips for making yourslef look instantly more mature ...all you youngins who use fake ID to get into night clubs should be able to help me out here

Your clothes and makeup can add more years.

I think you should celebrate looking younger than people expect. Just make sure when you speak, you sound firm, and know what you're talking about. They'll get used to it.

If you have poor vision, be sure to wear glasses to work. Reserve the contact lenses for social outings.

Uhhhm cant do the make up thing ...cos when I wear too much I look like a 5 year old whos wearing her mums makeup

Uhhhm ive been trying sha ...up till last year I used to wear black Kswiss to work (if your trousers r long enuf no one knows its trainers ...so smart but super comfy) ...no wonder they thot I was the 'Intern'

...but now ive started wearing Kokoro shoes and them pointy ones

I have also stopped smiling too much ...mean mugg lomo

@sugar.. lol... i have the same problem... people always think i'm 16. I don't use makeup... i just dress age appropriate and put on this air of confidence... whatever i do sha i stay away from braids... they make me look so young!
