I can't stand vinegar... almost all hot sauces have vinegar in them...

there's this hot sauce you can get from Oriental supermarkets (yes they are called oriental, so all voltrons should back off) it has a rooster on the front and its a clear bottle(looks red from all the pepper in it) with a green tip

Shitor Din(Ghanaian pepper sauce)....you will never try another hot sauce again. they sell it in the African Food Store.
