best when served with pounded yam. I think is one of the most healthy igbo food cos it has no oil in it.

Yep, this is what I know as ehuru.
I don't know if ehuru has an english name, but it doesn't look like nutmeg and is hollow on the inside, unlike nutmeg that is hard all through
