 ..there might not be a lot of Nigerian desserts to pick from, but like she said... non-African one's are welcome  ....that being said ....here's some pics of a cake I made (from scratch) last month, along with some ice-cream I made with my Ice-cream maker for thanksgiving   Vanilla Bean Ice-cream    Marble Pound cake

I second that. I have that Cuisinart Ice Cream maker too. In fact I'm going to make some this weekend. I haven't used it in over a year. The cake looks soft and yummy! Fantastic.

That Cuisinart Ice Cream maker is tempting, here I am convincing myself to get it that I can use it to make healthy sorbets but I know what my wack self will use it for, nooo Funred, girl u will NOT make me fall into temptation!!
