I need help............think I ruined my leather jacket

Okay so I went for this stupid volunteer thingy yesterday..........................I apparently was not dressed appropriately b/c I didn't know I had to lift stuff.

Anyway, I had on my leather jacket and I put a name tag on it. I take of the name tag a couple of hours later and I have this rectangular patch that is faded.............and it's bugging me like hell.

So, shd I just say goodbye to the jacket or has anyone every tried to dye a leather jacket b/4?

Any tips I can get will be well appreciated.............................I really love this jacket.

just put punish on it. i mean polish? i think sha.

try the polish..

try to see if u can clean it off with alcohol/acetone
