Its recommended, how many of you actually incorporate it into your daily mouth cleaning. I not much of a flosser but I plan on starting because the dentists say it makes a difference. Halo

yes it does make a lot! of diff. i try to floss but i think i flose at least once a day or maybe 5 times a week, not enough but am getting there

I definately recommend flossing

best way to stop plaque from building up ......dont u just hate when someone smiles and u can see some pasty build up between their teeth ....

i find it hard to floss between certain teeth, how do you handle that? Halo

If its difficult 2 get the floss btw certain teeth ...then its gonna b difficult for a build up 2 occur there as well .....your dentist can use a water jet to handle those bits during your regular checkup

yea its a kooky thread but many people dont floss and also dont think its important. in our culture with all the meat we eat, we need floss

yeah,start using it again,gb. it helps get those cranky parts a toothbrush cant get to.combine it with mouthwash 2, it's a daily routine 4 me.
