tried and tested for natural or relaxed:
deep condition every week
trim every 2-3 weeks. Actually in between and when you relax your hair. For example, say you relax hair every six weeks, you want to trim the day you relax, and 3 weeks later.
Same for 4 weeks etc.

Also if your hair is relaxed, lay off heating styling tools if you use them daily. Instead of putting a curling iron to your hair everyday, do it once/twice a week and wrap your hair at night.

If you can't wrap/ or your hair is not wrap-able, do roller sets instead. So after washing and deep conditioning your hair for the week, use a curling iron to straighten your hair and follow with a roller set. Your curls are smoother and nicer.

u know over conditioning of the hair damages it leaving it to break

if ur hair is breaking no amount of conditioning will make it stop breaking, u have 2 option

allow it to break or
cut it off

period

once ur hair begins to recover then start with the treatment but first tell me a lil bit more bout ur hair and i can help

ok,my hair is curly(soft)..i no fit leave inside for more than 5 mins or else...my head go burn pata pata.
the hair get issues..i just need to stop cutting and grow.

u need to stay away from the relaxer period

really? so u over-conditioned ur hair and it broke off? wow i've never heard of that happening before.
But i don't think deep conditioning once a week is over conditioning your hair, but that's just me

to make your hair thick use jamaican black castor oil on it.........the scalp and your hair!! I guess you could find it in a west indian food supply store
