CMS Recommendations

I remember there was a discussion a while back on content management system recommendations, and now I can't find it.
So if you use any good CMS tools for maintaining websites please let me know cos I'm looking for one. I'm currently using DotNetNuke and it sucks!

that's an overkill for what i want especially cos i don't have some of the system requirements that's needed.
OK I need a CMS with:
Easily customizable front end
Gallery
News/Blog-like System
Banner system
It will be a plus if there are varying admin rights.

I've used Typo3 before, and some of the comments passed there come off as being from people who didn't even make an effort. Granted the learning curve is a little steep, but isn't the learning curve in Photoshop steep?

well i never did complain about a learning curve on my requirements list that i posted earlier. but if you have 27 pages of mostly complaints then houston we have a problem
Anyway that's besides the point. The main challenge I have is finding something that does not require a SQL database, or any kind of database.
The hosting provider that I'm working with doesn't provide database support. And I can't do anything about it because this is not a personal project.
It's almost near impossible to find any good CMS that don't require mySQL.
