My legs & feet r swollen , what can i do to get them to go down?

men what u need to do is elevate ELEVATE ur feet sit down and put a pillow under ur thighs and raise ur legs up for a good 1-2 hrs (watcha movie or sumthin) trust me it works the reason is u have enlarged blood vessels and the rpessure is too hish its just like me i am a braider and so is tand 12 hrs a day at the end my feet look like somethin else dont fit into any shoes so i just take a long shower and elevate them so the bloood flow is reversed away from my foot area to other body parts

yeah put your feet up.
you ain't even gotta find pillow and all o that, just sit on the couch and put your feet up on the coffee table for a bit. watch tv, read a book, or something.
