i love bubble skirts. they look so cute, sexy, flirty and sophisticaed all at the same time... on me. you can dress it down, or wear it to cocktail parties. i even made one from ankara. but i hope i'm thinking bout the same bubble skirt ur thinking about b/c i cant see the picture
