3 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 onion—chopped

3 teaspoons Madras curry powder
1 teaspoon paprika
˝ teaspoon chili powder
Red bell Pepper
Yellow Bell Pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup basmati rice
1 pound uncooked shrimp (prawns)—peeled
...............
Quick boiled shrimp (Please don't cook)
HEAT Olive Oil in a large saucepan over a medium heat and cook the onion and peppers for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, curry powder, paprika and chili powder and cook.
Add shrimp juice
Bring to the boil
Reduce the heat and simmer (uncovered) for 5 minutes.
Add Basil
Rice:::
Boil ..........ofcourse
Wine:::2002 Vantage Chardonay
Good Luck
Fried Rice, Grilled Mahi Mahi, Fried Plantain and Good ol' H2o.........

Alhaji...that curry looks unbelievably good. I dey fear to cook curry during winter cuz I can't open d windows. The whole place stinks to high heaven for 3 days. Any tips on getting rid of the curry smell.
Does Mahi Mahi taste like halibut? I wan to try some.

Way to go Alhaji, kai man u too dey chop, but keep bringing it ohh. I like the curry chicken, I usually make mine with potato and coconut aka Trini style. Prob make some for thanksgiving.

Way to go.Impressive.Keep doing what you do.I like my rice seperate and not joined together, so just a tip, you can try putting a lil' oil it in and not so much water but a little as you need it.Thumbs up.
