i`m in on d italian seasoning..it makes a great marinade for chicken with olive oil n cayenne pepper and slowly baking in the oven

Never used cloves or nutmeg..have any good recipes?

Some stores have local blends.. My store sells seasoning made locally, they have an exceptional blend with very rich flavor...you could look into it.

When cooking brown rice... which I hardly ever cook for Naijas by the way, they never like it

... I usually use plums or raisins... you won't believe how good it comes out

Alhaji..., how about an East Coast/West Coast collaboration

Hmm...how do you cook your brown rice? I've found that boiling the water first, and thenplacing the rice in it works better than the way I cook conventional rice (letting the water and rice boil together...then steaming near the end)
So do you just put the raisins/plums in there while it's cooking? do you add any other spices?
