This counts a lot because I'm very sure moms is a great cook and having her as a fan is def' a mega honor. Many many thanks to moms for sure.

Roasted Egusi..........

The method is the same like the others, the only extra move is stirring every 2 mins @ low heat till done, Do not go in with too much liquid. The idea is to roast down to achieve a very rich and concentrated flavor.

lol. The titles sometimes reveals the eventual disposition of most of the dishes. Just like the Jollof dish, I fulfilled a promise to have it ready a day after a friend and co worker's Birth Day. I finished off the left over though. I did the Griller's Platter for my visiting boss and his wife. A Texan with Texas Big appetite.

Back in California, friends and neighbors feasts on the left overs. Another very close friend gets rewarded for looking out for me by when I'm away, she goes by the pad to make sure everything is ok, she waters the plant and takes care of my mails. lol

Generally, I don't get crazy macking down on everything I cook because I'm already 10lbs in the hole for testing and tasting food all day..
