Alhaji you have a gift, I mean not everyone that goes to chef school can be as creative as you. I love the colors in all your meals, and your camera really brings the color out. Your presentation is always amazing, and usually has a contemporary flair. kudos.

Like they say, cooking is an art. My main theme as always been strong emphasis on vibrant and appetizing colors, bold flavors and diversity.

Cooking a meal is always the 2nd or 3rd step, the first step is selecting and optimizing ingredients to highlight and characterize what you're cooking, then cutting and prepping, from there you move on to cooking and finally selecting plates, plating and presentation.
