alhaji congratulations, I knew you would do it one day. I wish they was a way for you to cook, freeze and ship your food around the country, it would be a hot seller for busy Nigerians (actually that is not a bad idea, there are serveral such companies around). Shylaw, most mushroom recipes are stuff stuffy related, I mainly saute mushrooms with other vegetables and pasta dishes.

I posted some mushroom recipes like about 50 pages back'...stuffed mushrooms with chicken sausage sounds so yummy.....
