all invest in a daily exfoliater wash if you dont already have one

its really good - it unblocks ur pores, cleans ur skin and removes the previous days dead skin and grease

you will notice the difference after one week if you use it once a day

Good post! I would suggest looking for exfoliants with an active ingredient of glycolic acid or salicylic acid. This can be either a cream/liquid or a scrub. If you're getting a scrub, stay away from scrubs with sharp bits (Ex. St. Ive's Apricot scrub). These can cause micro-tears in your skin. Try to find a scrub that has round bits (Ex. Clinique's 7 Day Scrub). They'll still exfoliate, but they're a lot kinder to your skin.

I wouldnt recommend using st.ives if your using a daily exfoliater bcoz it would be too harsh on the skin

if one is using st.ives, use that fortnightly otherwise u'll have no skin left

St. Ives is not bad oh! I actually like the apricot scrub. Especially during the summer when I'm more prone to breakouts.

Neutrogena etc are tops

Exfoliants are good ...but I definitely wouldnt use them every day. Maybe every other day.

Instead of exfoiliants I started using a face brush or face sponge once a week ...and that makes a big difference. You can get a good face brush from Boots

Having said that different skin types need different treatment ...so ...the face sponge / brushes work for me
