Many places have different "rituals" abi "routines" that are performed anytime an older in-law visits. The breaking of kola, prayers , and sharing of wine .
How is it doen in your culture? To make it quite fun, type the sayings and prayers said in your native language ( if you can).

Truthfully, we didn't do any of that. I don't remember any special rites or greetings when my grandparents visited. Even my grandfather visited me in Brooklyn. After climbing up to my 4th floor walk up, homeboy wouldn't even have had the breath to pray a special prayer over kolanut
