Don't know what she told u but u might want to try Aphogee. It helped me.

You're welcome...Did you do the strand analysis?...Is your hair dry or too mushy? If its too mushy, than you might wanna use Aphogee like Pebbles suggested. If its dry, stay away from the Aphoghee!!!. Use moisturizing products like Neutrogena Triple Moisture( they have a whole line, the leave-in and conditioner are really good for moisture imo). Again these are just suggestions, everyone's hair is dif. Furthermore, if dryness is the prob., you have to moisturize w/ moisturizing products for a few weeks before seeing results. But yeah, if lack of protein( mushiness) is the problem, and you use Aphogee, the results should be noticed immediately provided you have followed the exact direcions provided by the manufacturer. Otherwise, your hair might be cuttin some more
