sometimes i found out that i have sexual feelings for someone and i find it real hard to control myself. Whenever i see the person, my heart will starts to beat like..............why is this so and what can i do about it

ahh.. thats tough, I don't want to tell you to do something i wouldn't do. I usually put my sexual thoughts on "IGNORE". If you do follow through with it, make it a one night thing(protection please).

You will feel really good for a few minutes and then really empty.

Answer me this: Is this person a friend or stranger? Is he/she someone you can have a relationship with or be 'friends with benefits?' Honestly, feelings based on sex and nothing more usually do not bode well for most people. I suggest other outlets for the sexual energy you have...

The person is totally a stranger and it is a HE not not a SHE cos we never talk to each other but he's gat this kinda look at me whenever he sees me but i feel i just love the way he looks and for me seeing him everytime, it makes me feel for him
