haven't used the relaxer. The SHea Butter Grow Strong Strenthening treatment is to die for though.

Yeah, it's the Lithium-Hydroxide technology, just like the salon "Design Touch" relaxer which works well with me...

never heard of the shampoo-relaxer you mentioned earlier, shey Cantu makes that one too?

Verdict is in!

Cantu relaxer is different. It doesn't relax your hair to the maximum. In my case, my hair didn't feel "relaxed" (super silky) until I used the flat iron.

The hair was very soft, full and shiny tho'

I think the idea is to keep your hair soft and managable, without overprocessing


Would I use it again? Maybe...will wait and see how long the look last.

I think my hair is too coarse for such a mild relaxer

i believe natural hair people wud b able 2 use cantu relaxer w/out actually STRAIGHTENING thier hair
