Does anyone here shop at di Salvation Army or any oda thrift store? and if so, why or why not?

A friend of mine shops at thrift stores cos she always finds very unique things that no one ever has. I always like the stuff she gets from there, she's got great style. So her outfit could comprise of articles from GAP, saks, abercrombie & her thrift stores, and people will stare at her and stop her to compliment her. They think her outfits are straight from Vogue or Bazaar.

As for me, I cant shop there because I dont know where those clothes have been. Wearing sometihng that could have gone through 4 friends is very different from wearing something that has gone through 4 strangers, otherwise, thrift stores have some really cute stuff.
