I use something from walgreens (local drug store) - itâ€™s a â€œhair â€“ Nails- & skinâ€ supplements and I think it works.

Biotin works, but depending on the individual, you might break out. Furthermore, it might indirectly cause some hormonal imbalance. If you try it, try it in small doses at first then increase it as you go along. But yeah...it works...it might also grw hair in other undesirable areas too

i don't think it works for me o , i've used many types but no show. I think they improve skin texture though.

..I need to do something bcos all the micro braiding I did kinda damaged my hair..especially around the edges. so right now, I'm banned from braiding till I get things back in shape. someone told me about vitamins..I say lemme ask my ppl 1st ojare

. But vits aren't going to necessarily make the hair longer. Length has to be maintained.

You're welcome. Those pics on that site no be me o. My hair isn't that long. Shoo...I'm still trying. You gotta pay to post on that site. I post on another site that's free cuz most people who go to the LHCF also frequent that site too
