For me, the weight room is where I unwind and let out all my frustrations. I don't think I would have been able to make it through college if we didn't have a gym... I usually go there late at night after classes and work, It helped me to get the stress and tension out of my system and to stay in good shape...

I am also a big moviegoer. Movies allow you to leave your realities and explore all sorts of possibilities... For those of you that grew up in Nigeria...movies remind me of the late night bonfires with storytelling and roasted corn.

I also unwind by painting or drawing with music playing in the background but didn't do too much of that at school...

Lying on my back and watching the stars and the beauty of the farmament. More than anything; Listening to songs for the soul.(calm and serene) Most times Miss Baker helps me with that.
