Default Staying in shape

What do you do to stay in shape?

Gym 2-3 times a week, weights, and I have an exercise ball at home and two different exercise tapes that I never use!!()
I try to eat as healthy as I can MOST of the time, and I try to walk longer distances and if there's a lull in activity at work or school, I do some light exercises on the spot.

That's pretty good. You must be very disciplined. I run when I need to unwind. I exercise when my period is at hand. I drink lots and lots of water.

I can be sometimes, in fact, i should be as buff as Britney, but sometimes the pull of eba, pounded yam, amala and all those other oh-so good foods are slightly blocking my path to buffness!!

Even if I tried, I dont think it is possible for me to reach Britney's level of buffness. Cos in high school when I was playing constant basketball, volleyball,handball, badminton, doing track and field
events, I only managed to look like all I do is light aerobics
So I dont even bother cos it makes no difference for me.

first, I'd say stay and keep away from those diet isht!
eat healthY..(lots of veGes)..drink lots of waTer...
try to sTay away from meat and etc...
work out...crunches are IdeaLiC too..
eXerCise anD manY mOre...

gym for about 40 mins when I feel the urge usually about 3 times a week.....running and hearing nothing but music from my headphones, shutting all irrits out of my world--aint nothing like it and Im not buff at all and though I dont run fast I can hang in there for a long time. I only do it in spring or summer though cos I hibernate during winter and I need to get back in shape..maybe I cna make it a habit cos it'd be good.

I'm being forced to stay in shape.....being in the military and all. I run 1.5 miles 3 times a week, do 500 crunches and 70 pushups a day I eat anything I can find, though
