This is a tough one.

Most people that I have seen wear it do not wear it well. But I have seen a few girls really work it.

I think that for it to work one needs a nicely cut cropped pants and a sexy ass stileto type boots.

I agree with you, it's gotta be the right combination or it won't work. Me sef tried to work the look but it didn't look good, so i returned the look to the closet!!
