anybody here heard of this cleansing/reduction diet? (also popularly known as "the lemonade diet"). This is meant to cleanse you from the inside out..eliminating toxins..while you reduce excess weight along with it.

I got numerous friends that tried it and they look absolutely fab...skin etc refreshed. ..anyway here's the link to a printable form of the 30pg instruction guide "The master cleanser" by Stanley Burroughs
