Hair removal ...

got a Bikini wax a few months ago..and that thing hurt like the dickens, but was bareable....
and I think is definitely worth a try ladies... it lasted close to two months for me.

Recently I tried Veet...and that worked just as good..even better than the nair i used to use, but I started seeing re-growth less than 2/3 days later....I think I'm gonna go back to the wax...i'll just have to bare the pain and love it

I paid some good money to have the wax done at a spa...the lady was even Brazillian...so i figured she knew what she was doing..
it's suck a trick..they rub the hot wax on you..and it's all warm..then they apply this waxing paper...rip it back...pulling the hair with it...and whatever they don't get with the wax...they tweeze

that does not sound like fun

damn i have tears in my eyes getting my eyebrows done every 2 weeks not to talk of down there that is mucho sensitive..I can hear me screaming already!

I aint never been waxed. May do it only once in my life. Hell, I rarely even tweeze my eyebrows. My trichotillomania has been fixed, and even then it was localized to one spot on my head.

it's not cause for screams...more like "Yelps" and after the first strip...it doesn't feel so bad...you kinda get used to it..and then just jump slightly from the table...not all the way up sha...just about barely and inch

see that is u..I have ZERO tolerance for pain trust me I will jump all d way up!..

I've been waxing my eyebrows for years and my heart still beats faster getting em done...
but I'm gonna try it one day..one day....*shivers* i can imagine d pain already..

I for one don't think this is something i'm willing to try...
...getting my eyebrows waxed is bad enuff...i HATE when they use tweezer on my brow....talkless of down there...mba nu!!

for real though. Fortunately, my eyebrows grow sparsely so I don't have to pluck more than 4 stray hairs to get a clean brow line.

yeah teh wax wasn't Sooo bad...it was the tweezing part that was like WHOA!! "why am I doing this again"

but I loved the results...so...hey I just might do it again..

Ok so maybe i might try it. Do u at least shave the bush down small before going to get it waxed? Or is it ok to just carry everything go like that?

well u know there is everything then there is EVERYTHING . if its d latter i suggest u do somn b4 u go in..dont want those brazillians charging u double u know

it's advisable to trim at least...it makes it less painful and easier for the wax to work!..which means they dont have to wax and re-wax the same part over and over again to get it out
but i wouldn't recommend shaving...then what's the point of waxing..the wax needs some hair to grab onto
