I shouldnt even be writing this it sounds so hypocritcal
I went to dubai abt 3wks ago and we went to a spa and I had an arm wax and now my arm is covered in bumps cased by ingrowing hairs, oh well......

1)Moisturize daily (not with the cheap stuff), the whole body

2) Dont use anything too heavy for your face, it can block pores causing spots, i.e the cocoa butters.
Use a seperate face cream

3)Exfoliate (sp) once evry 3wks

4)Use face wipes when necesaary, esp in the summertime. dirt and grease build up is not a good thing

4)Make sure you wipe of make-up b4 u go to bed.

5)Drink lots of water

Wow... i didnt know you could get ingrown hairs on your arms. How are you treating that?

nah..i disagree...diff medicine 4 diff skins..
cause coco butter works wonders on ma sis's skin
