I was told
to take things easy and just try and take care of myself the same way I take care of others...problem is I dunno how to take care of myself......always been the unselfish one rather than the selfish.....always been the one to sit down and talk someone from depression to happiness but never talked myself out of mine....got to change that....just got to think of how.
Suggestions? It's been hard it's been these past 3 or so days since i quit smoking....extremely hard...so smoking is out.
