St ives is crazy harsh! whenever i use that stuff, i feel like i scrubbed my face with brillo or iron sponge!

bath and body works make good ones/ also try carols daughter...they have a great line for men.....you can also make one.....some sugar and honey and then mix wit a little soap(this works great, it cleanes and softens while exfoliating)

yes i totally agree....to harsh on the skin, can cause break outs

go 2 rite aid

they have some REALLY good stuff in their body soap area

some sugar scrubs of all flavas

d citrus one is NICE

u shud get some1 2 rub it on ure back..or better yet..rub it on some1 back in d shower

guaranteed 2 get u some dat nite

maybe clean ur face with an astringent or sumthin then scrub with a mild scrub. u can try oatmeal & milk. of course it has 2 be thick & globlike, dont cook it all d way so d oatmeal can retain some of its coarseness. or u canmix coarse cornmeal with milk & use on ur face. it all depends on ur skin type.
Personally i use d milk face wash, with a puff ( d lil round sponge thingys)! i works well 4 me. I dont have acne or any other problems with my face though!

thank you my sister, i use that and every time ive used it i feel like my face has found a new skin and it comes out nice and soft as well, just remember to use the right moisturizer after exfoliating.
